 Exchange Policy:

Every pair of SUNVIBE Sunglasses is quality control inspected and personally hand packed and gift boxed with SUNVIBE care instructions by our Legends at SUNVIBE HQ in Surfers Paradise to ensure your sunglasses are perfect ready for use right from unboxing every time :)

We know that sometimes customers can choose the wrong size or style of sunglasses to suit their face.
SUNVIBE Sunglasses offers a 30 day exchange policy on new Sunglasses with the condition that the Sunglasses and all contents are returned undamaged and in original packaging unused.
We will exchange for another Sunglass of similar price or will credit you towards the purchase of other items at sunvibe.com.au.
We do not provide refunds for any reason, we only offer exchange.
Exchange is only offered once per purchase.

*Items returned for exchange that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover losses.


Return Policy:
All faulty Sunglasses under 12 Month Warranty have to be returned to SUNVIBE Sunglasses for inspection & if found to be manufacturer fault they will be replaced at no charge to you our valued customers.
Please contact us at hello@sunvibe.com.au to obtain return authority prior to sending to us as non authorised returns may be rejected.
In the unlikely event that a direct replacement is not available a purchase credit will be provided for use on sunvibe.com.au website.

12 Month Sunglasses Warranty
We believe in our Quality product development through rigorous testing to back your SUNVIBE Sunglasses with a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty against defects in workmanship for peace of mind.

12 Month Sunglasses Warranty Exclusion:
Warranty does not cover wear and tear and damage caused by dropping sunglasses, scratching lenses or misuse as detailed below.

Examples of accidental damage misuse, 
  • Leaving sunglasses in hot car causing warping or other damage.
  • Scratching lenses.
  • Snapping frames.
  • Overstretching causing damage.
  • Loss of screws or components.
  • Any alteration to glasses voids warranty.

All other sunglasses accessories etc are covered by 90 day replacement warranty.

If you need to return your product under warranty or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, please send it back via Express Post with your original receipt and Express Post tracking number to the address below:

Kindly note: Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
